05-28-2025My key to the lock broke and the unit employee put a lock on my storage unit set a code was gonna be text to the number within an hour. This was at 10 AM. Around 5 oclock after calling multiple times all day couldnt get a live person had to call the rental one to get a live person. My license debit card keys to my house was in my jacket that I locked in the locker. Finally got the coat the combination around 7 PM or six. Was in Fernly no way to get gas. Had to hitchhike to town showed up five minutes late and I couldnt even get in now. I sit outside freezing waiting to get into my locker so I can get my license and my debit card and my keys. Just a check home do not rent from these people. They are crooks. They raise the rates to unreasonable amounts and keep you locked out of your storage all day after trying to call all day and not having a live person answer.

02-25-2025I had my storage there for about a year and a half and you price gouge me going on three times now for a 10x10 which is so not worth $300! Storage sucked and I found another one that's bigger for half the price I would not recommend Public Storage
