05-03-2025This is entirely the worst storage place I have ever rented from one the staff is extremely rude to they're never there at the office so I can never get a cart and three they leave early before they're even supposed to be closed so how are you supposed to get into your storage unit if they don't close till 9:00 they were closed at 6:30 today I would never recommend this storage place to anyone you can't even use your storage unit the proper way if you can never get a cart because no one's there to get a cart from it's ridiculous I had to drive up there three different times in one day just to see if somebody was at the office and the third time I drove up there finally someone was in there so I could get a cart wasted my whole entire day just trying to get a cart
