05-08-2025I went to Public Storage on Telegraph Street in Reno, Nevada, to make a payment on a storage unit I have in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was greeted by a pleasant, polite, young lady named Kristin. Not only was she able to process my payment, she got the late fee waved, reduced my rent, reset my autopsy, along with updating my personal information. It was a pleasure, and could only hope everyone could have an opportunity to do business with a person like Kristin.
