08-07-2026I had nothing but nightmares with extra space storage. For the first 3 months everything was fine until my price doubled unexpectedly. I was told i got a notification that my "introductory" rate was going up. When signing up no where in the website did it ever state my prices were only for a few months. ( Later I found out at another location they use AI to gauge if what they are charging you is "fair market value" to determine if they need to increase your rate). And by far the worst thing of the whole experience... when I cancelled I was told that they do not return any credits despite having paid for the month and only using it for a few days of said month.
