02-08-2026I received an unexpected and undisclosed at time of rental rate increase of FOURTY NINE%%with only HARDLY ANY NOTICE. I was stunned especially considering the quality of the unit but I suppose this is how business is ran. I explained my situation and requested the increase be cancelled and the following one stick. They denied me. I requested it be escalated and am awaiting response. I will also include photos of my unit shortly. The lady who works there is super nice and not about her but about how business is ran. Will update my review once I hear back Update: Only 1 month push back of this increase was givenof the FOURTY NINE%.the guy was nice but still minimal help in rectifying this situation.

01-27-2026Per REGIONAL MANAGER increases can happen at ANY time in your rental period with only needing to give a 30 day notice per email. As its monthly they can change and alter to their whim. Please read your contracts closely as they do not care and will just refer to the fine print that no one is required to discuss with you at time of rental. I am familiar with storage at other locations that follow a different more professional process by far. Also I dont appreciate the dismissive and rude demeanor from the regional manager. Will not be staying at this location. I encourage others to look elsewhere as there are plenty of better options
