02-15-2026I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the person calling me but she is on top of things, I want to say her name is Elizabeth. Welcoming us, explaining things and making sure if we have any problems to contact the office because they are there to help. On the second call she was explaining the billing and she can help if they increase it too much. Very friendly and welcoming. The only thing we had a problem with was the drive way getting in pulling a trailer. After the dip it was a small steep hill causing the back of trailer door to scrape the ground.

02-13-2026Update: Working with another site manager today, Justin. He made sure my call today was handled quick and easy. I just got a unit. Elizabeth , the site manager , was very accommodating in making sure I got exactly what I need . The facility is clean and maintained well.
