Excellent experience moving in. Karl was a great help in choosing the locker and setting up the contract. He supplied all the information I needed. Highly recommend this place.
I needed a last minute storage unit in Danbury to keep my belongings during a renovation. I reserved a Public Storage unit online in the evening. The very next morning the manager, Morten, called my cell to ask what time I would be coming over so he could be sure to be there to help me with move in. When I arrived, Morten was there and he was amazing. I finished the sign up process, selected the unit I wanted, and with his help, downloaded the app. Morten was kind, helpful and efficient. The entire process was seamless and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Public Storage in Danbury and especially, Morten!!
Very happy with this storage rental. Its easy to access, and when I had a question someone was available on the phone right away to help. Thank you!
Morten is great!. He made everything happen. Effortlessly painlessly and with a smile highly recommended.
I've been keeping items at Danbury Public Storage for 7 or 8 years. the facility is very well kept, clean and easy to access. Karl, who manages and cares for the place is an exceptional caretaker. He recently saw me struggling to fit all my Tetris pieces into my unit and offered to help me find a tad bit larger space just 4 spaces down the hall and for $20 less! He showed a genuine interest in making my storage experience better. Thank you Karl.
