08-28-2024I just moved in the other day and I think they said the facility was opened about 3 months ago. The staff gets 5+ stars for friendliness, courtesy, and being helpful and responsive. I found the facility and my unit clean, and the A/C worked well inside the building (sadly not the elevator...) The facility itself could be designed a little better. The elevators should be bigger as I could not fit one of my couches in there to take up the 3rd floor. They should have more than one dolly/cart per floor as I needed 2 and had to take the 2nd from a different floor. They had 2 elevators, but only 1 was operating while I was there (things would have been sped-up if both were operating) It also seemed to shimmy/stutter/shudder when it got close to the 3rd floor. Maybe some maintenance is needed there already... Lastly, the bathrooms are outside. I guess this allows them to limit people's access to 1st floor vs 2nd/3rd floor and still have bathrooms for all, but it is still inconvenient. While better than none, I still wish it was inside on 1st floor and everyone with a valid entry code had access to first floor....
