05-04-2026Rented a storage unit online, it was pretty fast, easy and cheap, went to sign paper work in office and show my I.d it was fast and easy the person attending me was very nice, the place was clean and neat, would recommend!

03-18-2026The price at extra storage is so expensive and it keeps going up all my belongings got wet mice were in it. Theres mice turds all in my unit, and the assistant manager was verbally abusive to me and my daughter because we threw two trash bags in their dumpster without asking him, he works at the Cumberland unit, but he happened to be in the North Providence unit at the day. He was screaming and verbally abusive to me my daughter he mustve felt like a big man other women have complained about him. The workers know about his attitude and his behavior, and they do nothing about it. I will never go to the North Providence storage unit again.
