04-30-2025BEWARE: Public Storage is a bait-and-switch scam! I signed up because of their cheap introductory rate but heres the truth they dont tell you: within two months, they started jacking up my rate, and within less than a year, I was paying over 150% more than I started with. They dont put a guaranteed rate in the lease, so they can raise prices whenever they want, and youre trapped if you need the space. To make it worse, they made me pay for the entire month even though I only accessed the unit on the first day of the month to vacate. Avoid this company unless you want to get fooled and squeezed for every dollar. There are better, more honest storage options out there.

I really appreciate everything she does, this company is lucky to have her. She is always there to help and makes this storage facility a place Id liked to stay forever. Great employee and great human overall. Hope she never leaves and keeps managing this property.
