05-28-2025I feel like we fell for false advertising. The website touted this facility as having lights INSIDE every unit. We complained numerous times before an employee told us that the power was turned off to prevent people from living in the units. While I understand the concern over people camping out in storage units that are not built to residential codes, I am still upset that we are paying for a unit with a light. And they refuse to turn the power on for the lights. They have raised our rent 2 times from $430 to $526 since February. So it's gone up nearly $100 in 3 months. The facility itself is clean and well maintained. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable (about everything but storage unit lights).
