Im moving to San Diego from Phoenix and am moving from a house to a studio apartment. I have never needed a storage unit before and Megan was so helpful in figuring out what exactly I needed. She answered all my stupid questions and really made me feel like there are no stupid questions. She was so helpful in deciding what the best size unit I would need to store all my stuff and figuring out what was in my budget that would fit all that stuff. I will be back when I get out of AZ! Thanks Megan!
The employees were being super nice and helpful in getting things set up for us, and Anna was supper sweet in guiding us to the unit! Great experience with this facility!
they don't check anything . no cameras. all my lifes most valuable things were stolen. no management. homeless people living out of boxes there. ruined my life.
Had an issue with my storage unit and a representative by the name of Megan did an excellent job of resolving my issue. Megan very attentive and caring towards my needs, I wish every client services rep was as good as her. Definitely recommend.
Came to this location and was helped by the nicest lady I believe her name is Megan? Well anyway she was super imformative and took time to answer all my questions. Ive been to a few different storage places and I was impressed how clean it was. The one item of trash I almost didnt see because the girl megan picked it up so fast and you could tell how much she cared that this place looked good. As we were getting ready to leave she was already outside grabbing part of a tree that fell a branch I think and she was breaking it up and throwing it away. In any way the profesionalism, the site and just everything about this was a pleasent exsperence. If Megans boss could read this please let her know how truly impressed I was that at a storage place I felt welcome and not just another customer.
I stopped to look at a unit and Josh, from the front desk, was so helpful and friendly. I liked the security system they have in place and they still use a physical lock. The grounds and restrooms are clean. Very easy and quick to rent online. I recommend them.
