04-08-2025Fatima at the front desk was very helpful on the phone. Some things I like about this location: two buildings splits up the carts in the lot, not near a lot of residential so its less busy especially on weekends, its nearby major highways, there is a bathroom (though I wish they would fix the hand soap dispenser) and its well lit. Some things I dont like about this location is that the building that is not attached to the office has massive infrastructure problems, and the entire wall of my unit was soaking wet through the cinderblocks. They know about the leaks, but they will gaslight you into saying that they dont know . Too long dont read; mold, leaking, the girl who used to work there and got fired was great. Everyone else is insufferable.

First of all, the manager on the phone told me that insurance is not a MUST have, but then they say that you can't lease without insurance when you are already signed up. My pay was $69 a month and after 3 month they raised my price to $111 per month. Which is 60% increase!!! Their explanation is that is says on the contract that they can increase the price, but who can think of $42 increase? I don't recommend renting a place here and already looking for another place to move out. Now when I already spend month to move and organize everything in the storage unit I have to go find another place and spend my time on moving. Terrible service!!!
