06-10-2025Place is great! The woman who sits at the front desk knew her stuff, didn't waste my time and she's a real doll. Had my back through the whole process. Made a couple friends there today.. I guess it's reasonably priced for storage unit since as you know they're always quite pricey. All in all seems like a good outfit. Peace ??

06-08-2025I had a unit here for several years, actually two! They were very attentive and helpful, as well as professional. Shout out to Pat & Juana!! They both have been such a big help in the process :) The prices are also the best in the area!! I would absolutely rent here again!

I was warmly welcomed by Juana, who immediately made me feel comfortable and took the time to understand my situation. She was incredibly patient and allowed me to fully explain what I needed. Afterward, she gave me a thorough tour of several units that she felt would best fit my needs. Once we returned to the office, she carefully walked me through all the available promotions and pricing options. Her friendliness and genuine willingness to help made a strong impression on me, and it honestly influenced my decision to choose this location. When I came back, Juana made the leasing process incredibly simple and efficient. I signed my lease on the spot without hesitation. She is truly one of the best representatives Ive interacted withknowledgeable, kind, and excellent at what she does. I would absolutely return to this location in the future, simply because of Juanas outstanding service.
