02-26-2026Do not Use. Goods stolen. Terrible space. No cameras, only at the gate. My sentimal gift and expensive bag was stolen during loading. On another instant, My unit was targeted and forced entry attempted with physical damage to the door. Not a single call from senior management after repeated call attempts and onsite mgr trying to get their attention. Police said they had another complaint of stolen items a week before my report. It is so bad that they need to be put out of business. I hope Public Storage HQ sees this. This franchisee is bad for your reputation.
