I am a current resident at your Pearl District location. Just wanted to highlight an individual that l have been very impressed with ,"Exavier", the property manager. I don' t usually even take the time to fill out reviews these days, due to the work ethic of most employees, having had my own service oriented business with employees, my expectations are high. I do hope that you know that yoy have one of those employees with an excellent work ethic, with detail to his maintenance of the site and exceptional customer relations. What ever this employee is paid, it is'nt enough ! I can tell you that he is nothing but an asset to your company.
My partner and I rented a unit here for 8 months and had a very good experience. The customer service team was always easy to reach, responsive, and kind. They do a good job keeping this place safe and secure. The only downside is it is pricy.
