I kept a car in Storage at your Livermore location as I live in Alaska and husband goes to UCSF for medical often , Your staff and facility where wonderful to deal with - everything on auto pay and when I gave notice to vacate was able to do it with a quick phone call love your staff at Livermore , Ca

They get two stars for convenience due to them being 5 miles or less from my house so I can easily get her for supplies out of storage and third star is for cleanliness every time I go its clean and everything operating as it should and staff is very nice. They lose two stars because of the price Im on auto pay so when I check my business statement monthly I notice the price hikes almost every month and it getting higher. If there was some where else close and cheaper I probably would move my items but hey I guess you pay for convenience.
