If you're in the market for a storage unit managed by a phantom with a law degree, have I got the place for you! The management here possesses a sixth sense for unauthorized activity. I tried to remove a tiny pump from a pressure washer, and I'm pretty sure I heard a silent alarm go off in the main office. The second time, while assembling a ping-pong table (a clear and present danger to us all), the manager materialized from the shadows to remind me that "work" of any kind is strictly forbidden. I half expected to be read my Miranda rights. The real magic trick, however, is trying to find this same manager when you actually need something, like, say, to cancel your service. I embarked on the epic quest to the front office on three separate occasions, only to be met with the deafening silence of an empty chair. I left a voicemail, which I can only assume was transcribed and filed under "inconvenient." To get a call back the next day, they said my rent was due and because the lock was there I had to pay, that is understandable... But fear not! When a family emergency prevented me from clearing my unit out on the dot, the policy was suddenly very real and very enforced. It turns out you don't need a manager present to owe them money. So, if you enjoy a landlord who is both omnipresent and impossible to find, who adheres to the letter of the law with the passion of a parking enforcement officer, this is your storage paradise. Just a pro-tip for future renters: don't bother just showing up at the office if you need help. You'll probably need to send a formal request via carrier pigeon to schedule an appointment. From a disappointed renter who will be leaving and not coming back. It was in a nice place to rent but I am dissatisfied.

We needed a climate controlled unit very quickly due to a family emergency. The online reservation process was easy, a right-sized unit was available, and the price was great. When I was on property to check the unit and to ask several questions, Megan the property manager was friendly, professional, and very helpful! Positive experience.
