08-31-2024I rented my unit on line - on a Sunday - on Labor Day weekend. I get all the information filled out and receive my confirmation of lease and get unit # and access code. Go to the facility entry denied. Call the 24hr # and they give temporary code entry denied. They call assistant store manager Jeff Orr and he arrives within 30 mins. Was super friendly and got us straightened out and into the building and he stayed to make sure we had no further issues. WONDERFUL customer service ??????????????????

Sean was working the desk and helped me find my passcode and get to my unit. he was extremely friendly and helpful, as is everyone I've met that works here. we've used this facility for about 3 years now, and we couldn't be happier with their service.
