07-17-2026I was upset about the closing of EZ storage then Jay helped me with the transition and he made it smooth and easy. He is nice and knows his stuff. Thank you Jay. I just read a review with a 1 Star. Obviously this person has not met the new staff or visited the property and seen all the improvements. I believe they are caring willing to listen and help whenever they can.

07-09-2026I am writing this review as I am upset at a certain review that is totally wrong. I have been on the property and I actually walked around and did not see what this other person sees. I have had great responses from the staff and they are great and pleasant and know all about storage, even helped me with ideas of how to pack and pack it all in the unit I got. I challenge anyone to come down and see what a great staff they have and how clean they are keeping it. Of course the wind is not a friend, but I have seen the work they are doing and I appreciate it. Don't believe the negative unless you see it for yourself. Great place would give it a 10 star if I could.
