06-18-2026Okay okay, Im done gatekeeping this place. Ive been at this location since 2024 with three units and I have to say as someone who drives from Van Nuys to this location, it is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest facilities Ive been with in my many years of hoarding. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and helpful, Aaron always is friendly and an extremely diligent person. Not to mention this place is mega easy to get into: its quite enough that you arent fighting for close parking, and its next door to a Walmart and a Starbucks. The cost per square inch per convenience of location is wild. Theres a clean bathroom, and functioning bluetooth app keys. What more could you ask for. Ive not been this enthused to write a review for a storage unit, but here we are. I will give you my one and only negativeThe auto hallway lights go off fairly often. Ive done a lot of arm flapping in the hallways over the last 2 years. But really, this is a petty complaint. This place really is a gem, hence why my review comes after 2 years of gatekeeping. 10/5

06-16-2026Me and my mother have had great experience with Brenda, the store manager! Weve had units at this location before and shes always been super kind, helpful, and easy to work with. We even ran into her again today while getting a new unit and she took care of everything quickly and swiftly with her usual friendly attitude. She really makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and its always a pleasure dealing with her.
