05-31-2025Elevator out for a week during a time I had to move out of my home. Only compensation for me having to find a totally separate unit was a 25 dollar credit. I was told id be contacted by the property manager and it never happened. Climate controlled ? No the units were in the 80s. Just an overall awful and inconvenient experience.

03-21-2025I've had multiple storage units with Public Storage in the past and currently, as well. The customer service that I've received from Judson at the two Oldsmar locations has been OUTSTANDING! He is courteous, thoughtful, kind and most importantly, experienced! He knows his job and truly wants to be there to help, he goes out of his way to solve any issues that may arise. Oftentimes, people today don't have the necessary customer service skills that Judson has. They don't put in the effort due to laziness or a lack of work ethic. This is not the case here. If you need assistance, Judson is your guy! A big thank you to him...he is a true gentleman and and excellent choice for a property manager.
