Rosa was very kind showed us the facilities and treated us very well.
Very good attention and very kind is Mrs. Rosa.
Knowledgeable on every topic, has the answer for every question
The facility is well maintained. Rose, the manager, consistently goes above and beyond in customer service. Prices are a bit high. Overall, a very good experience over a very long period of time.
Wow Rose at Public Storage was extremely helpful, assisted me in setting up my storage with 100% patience, stayed on the phone with me to make sure that the storage I wanted was booked, helped me get everything set up to assist me in my unique situation which she was very helpful in, gave me a direct number to call her when I needed help, was able to call her back and she actually answered and allowed me to proceed without no time wasted. This is the type of level of customer service that every company should apply. I wanted to say thank you Rose for all of your help. You are a huge help with assisting me in being able to get my storage booked and solve my unique situation. You were on top of it and you allowed me to do everything 100% without any delays whatsoever. Thank you so much and you are a perfect example of exceptional customer service.
I rented a unit back in mid August, this is my second review by the way, did not utilize the unit for a full month and was overcharged. Got a call from the property manager at the waters avenue location, where we figured out that I was overcharged, turned in my key, left a completely empty unit but they never took me off of autopay. This went on for weeks, after being assured by the property manager that I had been charged illegitimately, I continued to get charge attempts from my bank blocking them after the fact, and received a bill from a collection agency 200 dollars. Lol. I have all receipts and emails sent and photos of the empty unit. Phone calls can be pulled since they record them of this being their error. Sad that I have to get a lawyer involved to pull this from my credit report but this is the business they run and it should be publicly noted. If you expect customers to leave honest reviews, do your job when you ask them to edit them and dont retaliate when you dont hold up your end of the deal. Thats how it works.
