11-24-2025I stopped by my storage unit to grab a few items and rushed out without realizing I had dropped my bank card. The next day, while I was at the airport about to board my flight, a family member called to tell me that an Extra Space Storage employee had found my card on the floor. Instant panicuntil they explained that the staff had already secured it and assured my family member that it would be safe until I returned. All Id need to do is stop by the office with my ID to pick it up. That is world-class customer service. In this day and age, things like this rarely happen. This situation could have gone downhill fast, but instead it made me gain even more respect for the employees at Extra Space Storage. Truly grateful.
