01-16-2026My only issue is the price of insurance, it's $3.00 less than my renters insurance... Otherwise, every interaction with employees have been pleasant, they answered everything question and is always helpful. Clean facility.

01-09-2026HORRIBLE!!!!! Save yourself time and money. Wish I could leave zero stars! After moving in, the place flooded. They wont tell you they are in a flood zone. Then we had a rat infestation that ruined practically all of our things. They wouldnt let us use the dumpster on their property to throw away the ruined items. When Adolph saw us throwing things away he came out and locked it. So we had to hire someone to take our ruined things to the city dump. Adolph was rude, condescending, raised his voice on several occasions, and wouldnt take any responsibility or offer any apologies for the infestation. Needless to say, we moved out.

01-08-2026Gentlemen took care of me in a very rushed way. I guess he had another place to go. I'm a female senior and could have used a little more quidence direction. You don't get the deal until next month. They make you buy their lock and insurance which with tax and their own business fee, another $50. So it was $75. for a $15. unit.
