04-29-2025I strongly advise against storing your belongings here. The units are infested with mice our $5,000 sectional sofa was completely destroyed. The 4.6-star rating is misleading; they pressure customers into leaving 5-star reviews in exchange for a discount. I'm currently in discussions with the insurance company and hope the situation will be resolved amicably. Until then, this is a 1-star experience.

04-21-2025This place has no respect that Rhonda lady is fake she say nice just to get a five star. But I overheard her talking badly about customer. and there supposedly supposed to open 9:30 am and there's nobody there you come back at 10am and still nobody in the office.
