08-07-2024My experience with Extra Space storage, and particularly with this location has been great. William, the manager, has been particularly helpful in securing my first unit, now 2nd, and soon there will be a 3rd unit. The location jas been particularly clean, and security good. The cimate control, extra security at the external doors, and the carts to transport items to my units are all important. This facility is also just off I-17 and the light rail, important if I am depositing or collecting travel gear to the airport. in over 40 years of using storage units, I have stored at 7 or 8 companies and over a dozen locations. Extra Space has become my favorite and I haven't had a bad experience, as I have many times with PS, and 2 independents that have been bought by bigger chains. This is the 3rd facility and 7th unit I have rented from Extra Space because the have consistantly delivered reasonable and competitive prices, consistant quality, and overall the best value.
