06-08-2025This place is all positive from my experience, the buying process was easy, as a first time user of a storage unit at 19, it can be nerve racking but extra space makes it easy for anybody but especially first time buyers. Its done online which was actually a much faster process, the people at the office are very generous and nice , when I had issues with a unit, they were patient with me and took care of me. Thats why I stay with Extra Space. I had a issue with a address and identity card but the office took care of the issue within a minute and were very nice and well caring.

05-25-2025Everything was easy to setup online. Extra Space Storage is easy to find. The lock and key was waiting for me inside the Storage unit. The facility was very clean and well lit with a lot of security cameras. I definitely recommend the place.
