She showed me different sizes, and tried to help me with my needs, without having me spend a ton of money. She has been wonderful through this whole process, and I look forward to working with her if any other needs arise!

03-09-2026I had a very disappointing experience with Extra Space Storage. I moved out of my unit on the exact date that was scheduled. I completely emptied the garage and removed all of my belongings. However, 11 days later I received a call saying that I supposedly still owe $200. This makes absolutely no sense. The unit was already vacated and no one informed me about any additional charges when I moved out. Calling customers almost two weeks later and demanding more money feels extremely unprofessional and unfair. This kind of billing practice creates the impression that the company is trying to charge customers after the fact without clear justification. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Extra Space Storage. Make sure you double-check everything with them before moving out, otherwise you may end up with unexpected charges even after you leave. Very frustrating experience.
