06-11-2025DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE. This place is filled with cobwebs and is not well kept. The rat traps have not been changed regularly. The office was usually closed yet lately they have been in the office more. The bathroom is either dirty, no toilet paper, no toilet covers, or closed so you'll have to go else where or go before you get there. I've had to clean it myself and bring my own toilet paper. If you have allergies to outside things this really isn't the place for you, you will leave with swollen eyes. Find a nice indoor facility instead. God bless

04-13-2025My unit was broken into, they never fixed the door. Then they raised my rates. On top of that they changed the lock to the hallways where my unit was located so I couldn't get in. This is the worst storage facility I have ever used. No one is ever in the office either to help. And they have people living on the property.
