Upon renting my unit, I was quoted a promotional rate and given verbal assurances regarding a fixed price for at least six months. I made it clear at the outset that I intended to remain at this location for a minimum of one year and specifically asked for stability in pricing. Based on those assurances, I agreed to rent a unit larger than I originally needed because I was told it would remain affordable under the terms they presented. Unfortunately, within just four months, my monthly rental fee was increased by nearly double the originally agreed upon rate. When I contacted the office to inquire about the change, I was given inconsistent and confusing explanations. I was also informed that I was on a "month to month" plan despite the earlier verbal agreement for a longer term rate. More troubling, the increase was applied without proper 30 day written notice, which violates both standard business practice and, potentially, consumer protection laws. Additionally, billing inconsistencies have been ongoing. Charges vary unpredictably each month, and the facility's use of proration and unexplained fees appears to be designed to mislead rather than clarify. Even staff at the office have expressed difficulty understanding or explaining the billing structure, which further reflects the disorganization and lack of transparency. To make matters worse, my mother who is a senior citizen recently moved out of the same facility after experiencing similar mistreatment, including unexplained fees and deceptive pricing tactics. This indicates that these issues are not isolated incidents but may represent a systemic problem at this location. It is my opinion that this facilitys practices border on fraudulent. Their failure to honor quoted prices, lack of clear disclosures, and shifting justifications for rate increases raise serious ethical and possibly legal concerns. I urge anyone considering storage here to exercise caution and document everything in writing. This facility's reliance on fine print and verbal misrepresentations appears to be a calculated business model rather than an exception.

Christina was amazing. after being at my storage in the hot sun, i went to the office, hoping restroom was open, it wasnt, but lucky me, Christina was there, gave me restroom key, then offered me water, then was able to assist me with a few questions i had regarding my storage. Hard to find wonderful customer service these days, so i was pleasantly surprised to have had Christina be the person that helped me today, 5+++++++ stars!! Get a few replicas of her and business will be booming!!!

Carmen is such a great asset to have at this storage facility!! She goes above and beyond expectation. I had been here before and the help wasn't there until I met her. She is quick to answer any questions and also very hard working. Every time I go to check on my 2 units, I see her busy at work checking on the storages row by row even in the scorching sun!! I highly appreciate and recommend Carmen! Also the price is right!! And it's a very clean facility
