06-28-2025This location only has one worker. Its sad because the worker has to help customers and manage the facility by herself. I seen the lady have to help 4 customers and I was 5th in line it took over an hour before my turn. This location needs to hire an extra employee to help her. Then the lady has responsibilities inside the facility and cant stay in the office to help customers I had to sit outside on a different day and wait for her to be able to help me. It has been a hassle.

06-04-2025The first night I started loading stuff into my unit I seen people living in their units. Theres never any security or anyone in the office so people are able to come and go as they please all night. I brought it up to one of the employees and they said yea its normal. Be careful.

06-04-2025Do not rent a unit from this location. The property manager is very rude, has a bad attitude, not helpful at all and she makes rude remarks. She also acts like she doesnt know anything about the property so she doesnt have to help you.

05-28-2025I still cant believe I lost everything due to this place. Everything. Absolutely do not store your things here. What wasnt destroyed by rats was stolen. Someone was going through empty unit walls. I had an empty next to me, they took EVERYTHING worth any value. The inside of the bldgs smells like human feces because homeless people are living inside of there. These people make me sick with the way they gave no shits about my things. Im just out. Their insurance is garbage too. Seriously - RUN I hate I had to give them one star.
