08-24-2024Ive had mixed interactions with different people there but theyve been mostly good! At move in, the gentleman who was working refused to even try to resolve a system error/issue on THEIR part with their digital gate access (a nice feature that allows you to use your phone instead of having to punch a gate code every time). He said that he wasnt good at tech and instead of using any resources to try to figure it out (checking online, calling someone), he just said sorry - cant help you. That was very frustrating and a poor experience. But then yesterday I had to call because the price of my unit increased significantly and I had not received the usual post card in the mail advising of the price increase (Ive rented units from them for years and know what to expect). And it was a HUGE increase. I spoke with David who was very professional, friendly and helpful. He verified all of my contact info, then worked out an acceptable resolution. I was in customer service for years and was impressed with how he handled it. Kudos to him! The level of service that he provided was outstanding.
