Geraldine had everything already ready for my arrival, and removed the red lock the day before when I made the payment. So when I arrived it avoided the humiliating walk of shame to the locker, she handled it with zero judgment, no lectures, no drama, and made catching up super easy and straightforward, like it was no big deal. But she also shared community rules and expectations clearly and her calm confidence shows, so you know your belongings safe and in good hands. Geraldine turned what couldve been humiliating into the smoothest, most stress-free experience. Ask for Geraldine if you need anything here!

01-25-2026Starting a new account and selecting a 5x10 unit was actually really simple and the whole process was seamless and only took about five minutes, and setup included a new lock, and storage insurance, gate can be acessed by code or bluetooth, app is flawless as well. They're true about the $1 first month thingy too. Awesome!
