Cindy is the nicest most helpful person I ever met at a storage place. Usually I try to avoid the ppl working at storage places, but I look forward to seeing Cindy whenever I come in. Shes kind and understanding and always has this place clean and spotless. I wouldnt want to go to any other storage unless she left here to work there! She needs a huge raise!!!
Cindy the lady who worked in the office that helped us with getting our rental was very helpful and very personable, she was the reason I decided to pick that establishment to rent from ....very welcoming
Cindy (Im pretty sure thats her name), the employee who is usually on site, has always been excellent. She is kind, helpful, and consistently professional, and I have never had a negative experience with her. Unfortunately, my interactions with Barbara have been the opposite. I have now dealt with her twice, and in both experiences she was very rude and condescending. Today, I was at my storage unit sitting in my car while texting a client about a job. It is January and very cold, so I stayed in my vehicle to keep warm while waiting for a response and determining what I needed from my unit. While I was looking down at my phone, Barbara aggressively smacked my window with her keys, which startled me, and immediately started accusing me of sleeping in my car. I calmly explained that I was not sleeping I was working and sitting in my car because of the cold. Despite being a paying customer with a good account standing and no prior issues, she told me to leave the property. She made comments about me hanging out and muttered that she would show me, which felt unnecessary and threatening. To prevent the situation from escalating, I chose to leave. When I reached the gate, I could not remember my exit code due to the stress of the interaction. I asked if she could open the gate since I was being asked to leave, and she hell no. She then threatened to call the police on me if I didnt leave, even though I had done nothing wrong. I eventually found my code deep into my emails, and exited, but I am now unable to access my unit something I pay for monthly. Being denied access to my own belongings after this interaction was both distressing and unacceptable. How can I make a living and in turn pay for my storage without access to my stuff? I am sharing this in hopes that someone with authority at Public Storage takes this seriously and addresses the issue. No customer should feel intimidated, judged, or threatened simply for sitting in their car. I would strongly encourage management to review this incident.
Great friendly efficient service
Cindy is the sweetest manager in the storage universe!
Over the weekend, I went to Public Storage to purchase some boxes and was helped by an employee named Cindy. She was very pleasant, appeared happy to be at work, and had excellent people skills. Cindy was extremely helpful and made the experience quick and easy. Great customer service! the was clean and looked good
