They lured us in at ~$350 a month and within a year they went up to $500 and now, 2 years later, were up to $600+ and are trying to figure out how to move our stuff out ASAP! I wish I had seen reviews about their price hikes before renting here, so I hope this saves someone else. They totally take advantage of you and youre at the mercy of their prices. Very predatory and disappointing given so many positive reviews.

02-22-2026The rate hikes at this location are INSANE! I rented a unit Aug 2025 at a little over $300 a mo. Two rate hikes later $500+ and now $608 a MONTH! Im making arrangements to vacate the unit ASAP. This is way out of line and I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid renting from this location period!
