05-30-2025these guys are amazing: - staff: responsive, friendly, communicative (extremely! theyve called me back so quickly whenever i leave a voicemail), KIND. - facilities: clean, clean! well stocked toilet paper in bathrooms. easy to move big things around corners. they have free furniture dollies you can use (like what youd find in a hardware store for moving lumber). last i checked they had 3 of them. they have elevators! - price: amazing. plus the price for the interior cooled, climate controlled storage is on par with the outside one. - communication: i see some not 100% 5 star reviews on here. i highly encourage if you have questions or need help, just call these guys. this public storage used to be a local company before the nationwide public storage bought them a couple years ago and they still have a definite local company-next-door friendly attitude that you cannot beat anywhere else - security: cameras + they check the hallways frequently! - i dont have pictures but guys - my stuff has been here for 5+ years and ive not had one single issue. nothing has even gotten damp, funky, or anything. **my only recommendation to people moving in: if you move in on a popular day or time, the dollies may all be in use, so i would suggest to try for a different day/time or build a lot of time into your schedule. finally: this place is CLEAN. i feel like if i dropped a chip in the hallway (lays or doritos, not a piled high nacho chip) and absolutely no one saw and i picked it up within 3 seconds, i would probably even eat it. its that clean, dudes.

04-18-2025this review is for corporate. I have six large units here I'm a long-term customer. And to me it is an absolute insult that you have decided to stop taking cash at this location. I work hard for my cash and it is legal tender and should be accepted Everywhere. also price increases of 30 to 40% are absurd. 4/20/25 today I'm going to add some more frustration. Your system refuses to let me pay for one of my units in advance. Your system tells me to call. Your system will not let me talk to a person. Your system says that it will charge me $20 if I get to talk to a person. Your chat personnel do not understand a simple problem and so they just end the chat. Your disconnect with the human connection and interaction is grotesque in its manner. not to mention that I am a long-term customer and I have 10 units with your company right now. I'm going to look for every chance I can to get rid of all of them. So very sad what everyone has become in corporate America
