05-22-2025This is a very clean facility with great customer service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We rented 2 units here. One was short-term to hold items while intransitive during a move and a long-term rental (3 years). The only criticism is on Public Storage corporate , themselves. The constant rate increase to long-term renters is insane. Our rent was raised from $288 to over $500 for a 10x10 unit. I understand that costs go up, but I can go back today and rent the new unit for $ 280 all over again.
