06-08-2025Yall if every place had a Karola, the world would be a better (and way more organized) place. Shes not just the property managershes the storage queen. Really down to earth & actually understands real life. I walked in totally clueless, not knowing where to go or what to do in a time crunch and she had me set up with the perfect unit before I knew it. Super kind, funny, and actually careswhich is wild these days. The place is clean, secure, and clearly run by someone who knows what theyre doing. They better never loose her! Shes a live saver for most- I just know it! If youre thinking of storing your stuff anywhere elsedont. Just go see Karola. Shes the real MVP.

05-18-2025Very quick and easy process!! A big Thank you to Karola in the front office making that happen. I arrived as the office was 2 mins from closing so I didnt expect them to be happy about that especially finished with there shift but I was wrong . Karola greeted me and provided me with a smooth , friendly and informative sign up. Right away showed me the unit I reserved online 123 finished . I Would recommend this location esp since its very clean . If you reserve here ask for Karola if you want the best customer service experience when renting a storage .
