09-19-2024One of the two elevators at this location was broken for at least an entire week. There was also zero moving carts available for us to move out. We had to carry everything by hand down numerous hallways and stairs, which took an entire day. Moving in was fairly easy but moving two months later it was a nightmare. The staff did not know when the elevator would be serviced and did not seem motivated to track down the moving carts. They explained that renters often hide them or leave the upstairs? Furthermore, I mistakenly left the lock on our unit after moving out 3 days before the end of the month. When I called customer service to ask why my lease had not ended, they explained I needed to go remove the lock. When I went back to remove the lock the following day, the new rental period had began. They said that because I opened the gate, I would be charged $200 for a whole additional month. Simply for opening the gate for 5 minutes to retrieve the lock that was provided by them, I had to pay for an entire month and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. Be wary of this scam of a policy and they do not pro-rate. Give yourself extra time to move out because you never know how difficult it will be.

08-13-2024Definitely watch out, they get you in with one price then raise yoir rent incrementally until your 89$ storage is costing 202$.... How is that for customer loyalty. For about a year they stopped rent raises and all was good. They are back to their old tricks again. My rent goes up abt. Every 2 mos. With auto debit it's easy to miss. I would easily miss it if these increases were not so steep. 25% in 2 months!!!! They used to have a problem with rats, and a couple tweekers living there. In the 3 years I've been there, I've seen neither.
