11-04-2025Again, another unit increase... This place knows it's got you by the balls and will suck the most money out of you as possible. Receive less and less and pay more and more. Found a rat in my unit due to the homeless occupying other units near by, AND it's impossible to call and speak with a live customer service representative. All listed phone numbers only get you to a recorded message. The property manager at this location is almost NEVER in the office. Horrible. =Update= Found trash and dust balls in my storage unit that wasn't there before. There is about 2" of space under the doors. The upkeep in this place is getting worse, found soda, and a dead rat. Again, with the increases in unit fees, why is this happening?
