08-19-2026This is my first time renting a storage unit and I walked into the office for information a few minutes after closing. I was still helped and didnt feel rushed at all. The young man who helped me took me to see the storage unit, answered all my questions and was incredibly friendly and informative. This was an awesome experience! Truly recommend. UPDATE: Ive been here over a year. I had only planned to stay a few months so I didnt sign the fixed rate contract. Big mistake on my part since as we all know, life happens! I received an email that my rate was going to go up and I called Jose to explain my situation. He was able to keep my current rate temporarily. Thank you so much! I truly recommend this place if you plan to rent a storage unit.
