I have had units here on and off over the years when needed, recently got a unit here and they made it seamless to move in and into a larger unit a month later when I knew that I needed it. And a couple months later I recommended my friend to get a unit here too!

Kevin spent a considerable amount of time helping me determine which unit would be the best fit for my needs, and his patience and professionalism truly stood out. The facility itself is very clean, secure, and well-organized, with carts readily available to make moving large items easy. I needed storage ASAP, so the location was incredibly convenient for me. Kevin was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about pricing and the different unit options, took the time to explain everything clearly, and helped me find the perfect unit. The entire process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. His friendliness and willingness to help made a big difference, especially since I was in a hurry. He was informative and professional. He gave me a full walkthrough of the facility, explained the easiest ways to get in and out, showed me the loading dock, tested my access code before I left, and made sure I received the best deal possible. His attention to detail and customer care made me confident in my decision to store here. Overall, the customer service here is exceptional. The staff is responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Im very glad I chose this location and would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone in need of storage. 10/10 experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
