Brenda went above and beyond to help us during a very challenging situation with our car, which was being transported from California and wasnt delivered until late in the evening. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. What impressed us most was that she even followed up with us afterward to make sure everything had gone well. That level of customer service is rare and shows how dedicated she is to her customers.
