This Public Storage, located on the southeast corner of 43rd Avenue and Camelback Road, is a convenient location offering cheap storage units to the West Phoenix, Glendale and Alhambra communities.

Just off the 60 Freeway/Grand Avenue and just minutes off of Interstate 17, this location sits just two miles west of Grand Canyon University and less than a mile from Alhambra High School, offering a large selection of self storage units, including 5x5, 5x10, 10x15 and 10x30 sizes to local residents and businesses.

    They over charge and they have limited dolly carts to move furniture with some of the staff members are not friendly or helpful when asking questions or getting information. I moved out of a unit on April 30th, 2025 and the staff member told me, I still would be charged for the next month (May) rent. It doesn't make sense when I was completely moved out the storage room already. This place be ALWAYS overcharging......

    If I could I would have left a minus 5 review. I went and rented a unit on Saturday expecting to move in as I advised it was a rush. A few hours later I received a call advising me their was a previous tenants lock on the unit still. I did not want my stuff being accessed so I had to wait for a call the next day telling me when the lock would be cut off. This is now Thursday with no return calls and I left messages. I called support who told me they could refund my lock fee but nothing else. I got through to escalation who said they would refund me but I would have to wait for the store manager person to vacate the unit. I would not be provided anything in writing and I would just have to wait but I could call back to confirm the notes in my account were there. I called the next day and was told again only the lock would be refunded so I got to escalation again who told me they would refund everything but the admin fee because I signed the contract. They refused anything even though I still wasn't able to put anything in the unit. It wasn't my fault but they were still charging me the fee. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENT A UNIT. THEY MAY BE A BIT CHEAPER BUT NOT WORTH IT!!!!! They have no customer service. BEWARE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY ALL AROUND NOT JUST THIS SPECIFIC STORE ITS ALL OF THEM
