I rented a unit for 182$ at the end of January. In June they rose my rental to 254$. I called, they said they will try to do something about it. Nothing was done. Now they send another email because in December they will rise it to 340$. I've called and now there is a message that asks you to leave a message... still no answer from them. I can understand some price increases every year, because there is inflation and other things to consider... but almost a 100% of increase in 10 months is ridiculous, abusive and unacceptable... and the "good prices" are just a bait to make you move there and once you have everything there, increase the cost. I will need to move to other place where they appreciate long term customers that pay their rent. UPDATE. Finally I got a call and discussed about all this. Got an explanation and some compensation for some months that will give me more time to think about what I will do. I want to thank the manager for the call. I'm still not happy with the low prices than grow and I think that the company should be honest about the costs with something like "you will pay XXX for 6 months and then the cost will be YYY" and not to hide that to attract customers. But at least, we had a conversation and they did something to improve the situation.

Leaving this here until someone does their job and answers the phone so we can discuss our payment situation. They left a message to call back or loose our storage- yet WONT ANSWER AND HANGS UP NO MATTER THE PHONE #. Thanks.
I paid for a storage and canceled the same day, they kept all the fees. Rita called 2 weeks later, I told her I did not need a space and to remove me from the call list. So, not only does she continue to call, but she booked a new reservation without my permission. If my card is ever charged from you all without my consent you will be hearing from my lawyers, thank you!
One of the MOST professional, friendly EXTREMELY stress free experiences I ever had with any rental company, and I'm 50 years, old! The gentleman at the front desk. was extra helpful. I went on line, did the lease, came in and paid, he took the time and showed me the map, told me where to park my vehicle and made sure I understood everything. I received a special first month rate, and was in and out. I parked my vehicle and was COMPLETELY satisfied. Any one needing rental spaces, I highly recommend this storage facility.
