10-29-2025I was waiting outside in the sun for 20 minutes. I was calling the phone number and the property manager was not answering. I am trying to cancel my unit. Would expect an establishment like this to be more organized. Unbelievable. This was today so I dont know who was working but there was no sign or anything. Guy should be fired.

10-28-2025Elle was amazing...I knew nothing of space and storage size...she was not only helpful in explaining she showed me the unit so I could get a visual and BOY oh BOy did that make my life easier! This location didn't have my size needed however Elle went in overdrive found the size I never know existed 10 7 WOW closer to my new apartment! 5 stars for ELLE!!!! And the area felt very safe. And is a CASHLess location.
