12-16-2025Extra Space Storage at 1-800 was very helpful in establishing the type, details and facility location where I was interested in storing my RV. After selecting my location I immediately received a call from Chad at the physical storage location. We went there and visited with Chad. He was very accommodating in showing us / selecting a parking location. Paperwork was short and sweet! We are very happy with Extra Spaces location, access and security and cost. Highly recommend!

12-16-2025This location has more bad reviews that most in Phoenix. They blame renters for risking their property with the undisclosed likelihood of water damage as though they bear no responsibility for upkeep that ought to generally prevent it. It's one thing to say "We're not able to pay if a tornado comes through." and entirely another to act like shoddy construction isn't on them all while squeezing more money for the supposed benefit of paying for repairs and maintenance. Are you seeing the pattern? This company is no good. Read the one-star reviews before signing that lease.
