09-23-2026Vicky has been absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she has helped me with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine understanding. She took the time to listen to my needs, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference. She was incredibly helpful and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. I actually came back to Extra Space Storage because of Vicky! Her customer service and the way she treats people made such a strong impression on me that I knew I wanted to return. Vicky is a true asset to Extra Space Storage, and I sincerely appreciate everything she has done for me. She deserves recognition for the exceptional service she provides.
