09-15-2026I could give ZERO stars, I would. I would rather sleep under a bridge than rent from this place again or recommend it to anyone. Yesterday, I rented a 5x10 storage unit online advertised at $78 per month. I was told that I also had to pay approximately $16 for mandatory insurance. However, I ended up seeing a charge of approximately $118, which was much higher than what I understood I would be paying. Today, I went to the storage facility for the first time to move in my belongings, and the unit that had been assigned to me was locked with a padlock and was not available for me to use. After dealing with that inconvenience, they had to move me to another unit on a different floor, forcing me to move my belongings again. Then came another surprise. After putting my belongings into the new unit, I discovered another $29 charge, which I was told was a fee related to the paperwork/rental process. At no point during my online rental process did I understand that I would be charged this additional $29 fee. My experience was terrible: charges that were not clear to me when I rented, an assigned unit that I could not even access . Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would rather sleep under a bridge than rent here again. El resultado de todos estos inconvenientes es que ahora tengo todas mis pertenencias dentro del carro, expuestas al calor de Miami, con el riesgo de que varias de ellas se daen o se echen a perder. Todo esto despus de haber pagado por un servicio que esperaba recibir sin tantos problemas, cargos inesperados y complicaciones.
